Friday I took new headshots. I wanted to show a new me. I’ve been working out since April and lost 20 pounds. With that, I’ve been shedding a lot of dead weight, mental shifts of how I perceive myself, and who and what I surround myself around. Most of it has been in solitude writing and reading… basically living in peace, quiet and solitude. Alone in my own thoughts. In which at times can be dangerous.

The BlackLining film block that I am in are short films focused on social justice issues with a focus centered conversation around: what's happening now in society, and how it's impacting you emotionally, as well as how your voice and feelings have transformed you to use your artistic talent as a storyteller and filmmaker.
